We’re proud to announce our new partnership with Norwich City Football Club, bringing Shoorah’s mental health and wellbeing support to the wider Canaries community.
As part of the partnership, all Norwich City season ticket holders will receive complimentary access to Shoorah, giving supporters access to wellbeing tools, health assessments and professional support in one centralised place.
For us, this partnership is about more than football. It is about recognising the role a football club can play in supporting the people around it.
Norwich City has already made mental health and wellbeing an important part of its wider work. Through its A Home for Everyone strategy, the club brings together its commitments around inclusion, accessibility, mental health and wellbeing.
That commitment also extends into the community through the Norwich City Community Sports Foundation. Its Healthy Fans programme supports supporters with their physical and mental wellbeing, while helping people build stronger connections within the community.
The Foundation’s 2025 Impact Report highlights the impact of this work, with 76% of participants reporting improved mental wellbeing and 87% reporting improved mood. It also reported more than 56,000 participants engaging across its programmes during the year.
Our partnership builds naturally on that existing commitment.
By bringing Shoorah into the Norwich City community, we can help make wellbeing support available beyond matchday and beyond the stadium. Supporters can have access to tools and resources that fit into everyday life, while the club and its staff can continue building an environment where mental wellbeing is treated as an important part of overall health.
Over the next three years, our ambition is for every Canaries fan and every member of Norwich City staff to have everyday support available in their pocket, day or night.
And we’re excited about what that can mean for the community we are now becoming part of.
