About the role

As a Mental Health Support Specialist at Shoorah, you will be the first line of support for users seeking guidance and assistance on their mental well-being journey. You will use your expertise to help our users navigate our platform and provide empathetic and actionable advice to enhance their experience with Shoorah’s features. You’ll also work closely with the product and design teams to ensure that our platform continues to be user-friendly and effective in promoting mental well-being.

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate, professional support to Shoorah users via chat and email.
Assist users in understanding and making the most of Shoorah’s mental health tools and features.
Collaborate with the product and content teams to continuously improve the user experience.
Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on user trends and concerns.
Stay up-to-date on mental health practices and trends to ensure support is relevant and effective.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a mental health-related support role.
Strong communication skills and empathy for users.
Ability to work independently and in a remote team.
Passion for mental health and well-being.
Experience with online platforms or customer service is a plus.
